Frequently Asked Questions...

Do I require a flat driveway?

We will need to park our trailer on reasonably level ground for the hydrobath to operate properly. We tow our trailer with a 4WD and are able to access rural properties.

 

Do you clip breed specific styles?

Yes. I am a professional pet groomer with extensive training in specific bread clipping.

 

Do you wash larger dogs?

Yes. I will wash any size and any breed. All dogs are welcomed in my trailer.

 

My dog can be anxious and show some aggression at times during grooming. Are you able to complete the service?

If your dog is difficult to groom, we may not be able to complete your desired groom, however, we will endeavour to still make your fur baby beautiful. Extra charges may apply for additional grooming time.

We reserve the right not to groom or complete the groom of dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviour. Charges may still apply.

Hairy Pawter Dog Grooming  will always do their best to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of your dog whilst on premises. You acknowledge that accidents can and do happen and you hereby absolve Hairy Pawter Dog Grooming and its groomer(s) from any and all responsibility involving, injury, escape, damage or disease during and after their grooming appointment.

 

Do I need to be home for my appointment?

For new clients, we require you to be home for the first package/service for a meet and greet. After the first booking, we are happy to work in with you and your schedule and complete the pamper when you are not home. We require access to an outside tap and a powerpoint at all times during the appointment.

 

Do you accept cash or card?
We carry an eftpos machine and can take debit/credit card payments post service completion and we also accept cash payments. We can also make arrangements for an on the spot bank transfer.
